Bailey has become the Swans enforcer of late.

I watched the game and what was obvious was your team's superior desire towin and adherence to game plan.
Well done for that but what was really entertaing was the dummy spit from big Barry Goodwin.....lol..the passion is still there for all to see.

Yeah Big Bazza did was a menace, throwing hey makers every where folled by a big body slam!

I spoke to him after about it & it was a release of frustration from not being able perform like he once once did.
Patience is obviously not his best strength, he keeps forgetting he hasnt played for ten years so it will all come back slowly.
Even though he is far from his best, just standing in the goal square helps our forward structure immensely.

I dont condone fighting on the footy field unless your extremely provoked but it is was good to see the big fella fire up, nothing worse than a gentle giant!

We definately wont be intimidated physically just because we are the new kids on the block.

Big test in a fortnights time v Hawks at Harrup Park for the Roos.
Last encounter Hawks won by 30goals so it will be a good indication to gauge how much we have improved since then, hopefully a hell of alot!

See you have the dominant Hawks this week PH ,hope your team brings the aggression you showed against the Swans.
You are going to need it as going by what little i have seen first hand they look a cut above this year.
Despite this one team will have to emerge to challenge them and that mmight be the new kids on the block.
Sadly wont be there as i see it is an evening game on Saturday and this will clash with a certain AFL game between the Saints and some country team past Little River.

Yeah Hawks are clearly streaks in front of the rest at this stage & would expect them to go through undefeated, but remember Whitsunday in 2009!

If the Roos could get with in 10goals of the Hawks this Saturday night, that would be a big improvement from last time they met.

Back from holidays and see that the Roos are going better than expected!!! Even their inspirational leader would have to agree, filthy player thief??? I feel for my Tigers at the minute but we've got some plans in place.

Yeah Roos are going ok, good win over the Saints last Friday night after they belted us by 10goals last time we played.

Was wondering where you had been, hadn't seen ya ugly melon at the newsagency 4 a while.

Word is your beloved Tigers have already forfeited this weeks game v Saints.

Bakers had the crisis meeting last Tuesday night & decided to forfiet its games for the rest of the season.

I thought you may have bank rolled the club Stevie?

Apparently the remaining players are able to play on match permits at other clubs for the remainder of the season & word is they are all heading to the Swans.

There is current discussion amongst the league regarding if they will eligable for finals & a revised draw for the rest of the season has been drafted to fill the Bakers game.

It wasn't a case of money, PH. Just havn't got/had enough hands on deck at board level. That's what we'll be working on feverishly in the coming months for next year and many more after that. I wont lie, it's sad how things have transpired but that's footy sometimes. Good luck to the lads that play with other teams threw gritted teeth, but, lets hope they don't like their stay to much and not come back to the mighty Yellow and Black!! Anyway must start work, you know what that is PH???

Thanks for that feedback PH, doofus. Went and had a look at a few (****ing 7) Bakers lads take the field for Swans today. I don't think it's fair to put 7 new players into one team mid season and think it's an even playing field. I don't know how you police it, but, go Eastern Tigers (eyeroll)!!

Will take a few weeks 4 every1 2 gel l guess.
