Nathan Peters left Saints for Magpies last season because he didn't get the coaches gig there and now rumour has it Brodie Saltmarsh is doing the same cause he missed out the top job at Hawks!

Saltmarsh would love to play under Jenko after he gave him the big kiss and cuddle in the goal square last year!! He might be able to give skeet a few kicking lessons while he is going.

That's a bit rough Roaring Tiger. The foundations of Magpies as a club started from the Andergrove and Bakers Creek clubs anyway........so aren't these guys just going home. Bakers Creek should became the University Tigers, then people don't have to travel all the way so far out to Etwell Park for training and home games.
 
Magpies recruited like crazy last year, paid the money and got nowhere. See if a team who didn’t make finals can help them. But mixing the 2 worst teams of 2017 shouldn’t worry anyone.

Overheard a bloke I have never seen before at mount P tab tonight saying hawks have picked up 7 solid senior players from Vic / SA to more than replace a couple who have moved on from last year
