Okay footy guys and gals, what do you think of this? Do you think membership fees are fair or unreasonable? Should we all pay per person or per family? I personally think we should pay per family? If one member wants to see a game and his or her family member wants to go as well, they can't, or the member just has to relinquish his or her seat and sit in the general area with the family. I don't think the AFL really caters for a friendly membership environment. I understand they need the money for the Club, the grounds or whatever, but it doesn't cater for all financially. You either can afford memberships or you can't. What do you think?

AFL memberships.........why bother???? As for club memberships, I would just be so amazingly PO'd if I had to be on some waiting list!!!!!!!!! I mean I know some clubs have the problem of seating capacity at their home ground, but still.............

Club memberships are the only way to go. Why give the AFL any damn money!!!!!!!!! GIVE IT TO YOUR CLUB!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fighting Fury,

I have had the same dilema in the past. I'm an AFL member, and my family and friends are all club members of the Kangaroos. To enable me to sit with them in their reserved area, fortuneately I can afford to pay a nominal amount to the club for the same membership, usually about $20 - $30. Our membership details for next year are yet to be sent out. Maybe, you should try contacting your club to see if a similiar type of membership is available to AFL members with the Richmond Club Support Package..
