Yeah its not like drug dealers had anything to do with all the underworld murders...oh wait.

You can't be that dumb, can you?

Well we all suspect there are a few young blokes in the AFL who are drug users, but drug dealers?

If this story eventuates, the s**t is going to hit the fan. It will make all other "bringing the game into disrepute" sagas look like glowing endorsements.

I seriously doubt that anything will come of this. No way the AFL would let this come to light even if it is true.

please tell us more about the underworld, from your EXTENSIVE experience
The melbourne underworld has been widely reported on for years and the whole thing was about drugs. Thats why they were killing each other in record numbers.

Seems like you think having EXTENSIVE experience with the underworld is something to brag about. Sorry but I see nothing glamorous about drug dealers or the underworld, they are scum and kids die everyday from the drugs they peddle.

Have to question the timing of this story if it happened in April. Could the media be joining forces against the AFL?

Surely this is a joke ...

Channel 7 know MUCH MUCH more then they are letting on mate. The plan was to reveal all details bit by bit over a 2 week period. This is just the beginning im afraid

How exactly does the injunction save this person from being named ? Two completely different issues. Private medical records is one thing but investigations into drug dealing is a seperate issue. Why hasn,t this person been named ? Brauns name was released based on NOTHING yet a police investigation into drug dealing means this player can escape scrutiny. The public has a right to know.. Or is it a case of only WC players being crucified..

Yup, heard that too. That clubs in up to their elbows in it. Rostock (from the movie The Club) must be annoyed with all this bad stuff happening.

"Jumping up and down like this..."

Well this puts the argument about players having no privacy or protection in the bin. This player;s privacy has been protected despite the police investigation. BTW there are so many stories that journos know about players that they never release cause they want to protect the player and not get on the wrong side of the club. Even when this latest story broke, Sheahan wrote an article saying how people in the media had known for a long time about the type of partying a certain club was getting up to.

Why?

Don;t think that injunction is going to get lifted any time soon. AFL is spending big $$$ on lawyers to protect its drug takers.

Injunction will only stop so much in the end.
