Just back from holidays yesterday has not arrived but should be here when I go back to work on monday. :mad:

Yep, still hasn't got to my house either, not happy.:mad::thumbsdown: If you are going to promise something, maybe follow through? I'll be ringing up Monday if it still hasn't come, and will give them a nice angry call.
 
And after reading this thread, I don't think I'll be making the effort to get one again. Pathetic service, and pathetic quality by the sounds of it.:thumbsdown:
 
In Champion Data's defence... they were hoping that all books would be delivered by the 15th - which was about 2 weeks before they have EVER been available before. They won't be in bookstores until very late Jan/early Feb apparently, so the pre-order gives you something special (along with the chance to win in the cash league).

Can't say that if you've never had it. This is the first time I have ever got it and it is a very interesting read, nothing says its a guarantee to make your DT/SC more successful but for anyone who likes raw stats and likes in-depth detail and such they will enjoy the book.

DWD, the gure. Yes, it's a lot of money to pay for something JUST for DT/SC... but if you're and AFL fan, then it is worth every penny. There is a lot of info on EVERY player in the league.

The book isn't just for fantasy purposes.

How is that a defence? They weren't delivered, and it's a joke. Don't promise something you can't fulfil to your customers, simple.

When did they promise that it would be delivered on the 15th? They said they are hoping to get them out by the 15th and unfortunately for you, it hasn't happened. You don't get mail on Saturday or Sunday so really if you get it tomorrow its only one day "late". Not worth getting upset about.
 
The DTtalk guys on their site said that it would be delivered by the 15th (which is the only reason I pre-ordered).
Fortunately I received mine, but I do feel for the guys that haven't received theirs yet.
I'm a big fan of the book and I'm happy with the quality (not as good as last year IMO) but still very useful.
 
BACCS you need to suck it the **** up. Seriously. We got an email saying it was in the mail on Thursday. Some people get it the next day. Good for them. From what I can tell NO-ONE in adelaide got it on Friday. Which with a tiny bit of power of deduction, you would figure out that maybe it's just gonna take 2 days to get to Adelaide. It'll be there tomorrow. Stop being such a baby about it :S an extra day or 2 isn't going to matter.

Sounds like an Adelaide thing. Other states all have it right? Your gripe is with Aus Post. Not CD. If the 'promise' was us saying they should be received by Jan 15, then sorry on behalf of dreamteamtalk.com

If it means that much to you, move.

(says us who are waiting too... but sticking with it).
 
I just do not rate the prospectus, surely they have what the magic number will be or the prices of some players and they dont even tell you what position players are nor what DP players are. Do they??
