Absolutely agree. Momentum is so important and we have this habit of letting a team get the last one of the quarter and, historically, its been like a gut punch to our belief. We need to a) stop letting the late one happen and b)show that we can come straight back from that sort of thing before we can begin to take ourselves seriously.
