Agree with Kanga, Carlton now are a completely different team to what they were a couple of weeks ago + the Collingwood/Carlton rivalry, could be close. (Although I still think Pies will win)

I wouldn't be surprised if the Eagles/Dockers game was really close as well given how they're both playing + being a derby[/quote]

R5: No way Essendon will lose to St Kilda
R6: No way Freo will lose to North

There always seems to be an upset around the corner :-)

Very true, been a tough year so far.

I still reckon most of the favs should get up this week, everything except for the WA derby head to head pays about $4 with betstar.

Biggest concerns would be North coming back from WA, could get rolled by GC. And Essendon as they are Essendon, but I reckon ill def take the 1.30 for them.

Blues often lift for the Pies, but still can't see them winning. I'd give them a good chance of getting within the 25 line, but not gonna bet on it.

Tell me I'm betting with my heart but a near full strength Sydney should get over Brisbane.

Will be doing something similar with a few different combinations this round. Fun fact for you all - 7/9 games in Round 6 went Under the TMP line (and it would have been 8/9 if St Kilda hadn't scored that point with a minute left).

A hard week to find any value in HH betting.

Its funny you mention the last 10 posts, you should try reading the previous round betting from the first post to the last after the completion of the rounds. A lot of interesting posts by passionate supporters.

For the record, Crows are great value to win the flag this year. :eek::p No Im just kidding.

Its not just that, its your weekly "none of these 8 teams will surely lose will they???" straight after a round where Freo lost their first game at home in a year, 2 rounds after Carlton lost to Melbourne and a couple of weeks after Sydney lost to GWS.

Sydney should absolutely get over Brisbane. Given its at the Gabba at Brisbane haven't been playing horrible footy lately, I'd expect it to be a close game until half time or 3QT and then Sydneys experienced and bigger bodies to start dominating later in the game. Saints aren't exactly the most experienced team in the league but we still faded badly against them
