Conditions aren’t helping but they just need to be stricter on incorrect disposal and some consistency with the holding the ball. Would open it up way more, especially on days like this.

You wonder why.
I've been to games in Tassie and you see a lot if random clubs colors at the ground. When the camera pans the crowd it looks similar. It's not a million mile's from Melbourne, so probably doesn't enthuse neutral locals much.
Bad weather wouldn't help.

Yeah as you say, Ballarat isn’t that far from Melbourne. Not hard for supporters of other clubs to go and see their own club.
