Anyone know why the Bunton Bar will only show 7 on the 3 big screens and no Fox Footy? Noticed the first time the other week on the Friday night it was on 7 instead of Fox.
On Sunday it was on 7 pre game while the Fox game that was playing was only on the small screens. Was asked if they could change it but was told they couldn't.
It only appears to have changed in the last couple of weeks or so.

There was a live game on Fox while 7 was showing whatever they have pre football.
As I said noticed it a few weeks ago at a Friday night game but didn't think much of it as no other games were on at the time. On Sunday Geelong/St Kilda was on but instead we get pre game footy with no sound. Everyone would rather be watching the live game being played.
As I said only a month back Fox Footy was always on the big screen and you got a live game if one was on at the time.

Considering 7 have no AFL coverage on Saturday that would be the case. But why the change for other days as we were told they couldn't show fox on the big screens.
I know during play the bars in the stadium show the live feed from the host broadcaster straight from the truck. When that's a Seven match, that's the Seven feed without ads, and it's about 10 seconds more live than both the Fox or Seven terrestrial feeds. So it could be that or a contractual thing.
Yeah they always show the host broadcast feed. Same for the cricket. All stadiums are the same with their internal screens for all sports.

ehhh. I find level 2 (N Deck) the seats are cramped. prefer P Deck for this reason.

They replaced all the level 2 seating before the start of the season, so is that still the case?

the seats did have some padding, i would be interested in the dimensions compared to other sections.

i don’t think they would be much wider because they would’ve had to keep the same number of seats, they removed the cup holders though which sucks

I sat in what is effectively level 2A in the newer MCC on Saturday and those seats are also very tight, as is level 2 there. It seems premium views have a price.
The committee seats in the MCC have good spacing and armrests!
And extra aisles! No more than 5 seats together.
As they should. The elite deserve nice things. We deserve at least a kick in the teeth
