I reckon this is more of a bravado stance more than anything.
1 - Recreational drug use has been a big issue over the last 12 months and recently players using loop holes to prevent sanction
2 - A club under investigation for administration of substances questionable under the code
3 - European football with a massive issue on match fixing and corruption
4 - Cricket with a history of match fixing
5 - Tanking, which at its basic form is match fixing
6 - Some club officials leaking information or indeed placing bets on the outcome of games (first goal, match outcome, etc)
