Yes, he has issued defamation proceedings on behalf of his business, but he hasn't issued defamation proceedings for his rumored conduct at Essendon.

Comprende?

What is the conduct that has been rumored publicly at Essendon? As yet, nothing specific. It is simply the fact we are connected to Dank.

Reimers testimony is the least of our concerns. He didn't have a clue what was going on. Him saying what they were taking was "right on the edge" could easily mean he was told they were using cutting edge techniques. He wouldn't be able to confidently testify to anything.

.
Reimers didn't say it was right on the edge, he said the Essendon staff told him that. They were ones admitting it was 'borderline'.

I'm not saying it adds to the ACC's case one way or the other but IF it turns out your club was Danking it does make it look worse for the three ashen faced individuals at the news conference the other day who claim they didn't know what was going on. (in my opinion)

You didn't listen to a word of what Spike had to say, did you?
Yeah

I have a pretty good knowledge of what Spike had said

He didn't mentioning anything regarding contacting those outside of the club (Managers. Players Asscociation) that i'm aware

You would have thought the Senior coaches and Medicos based on the players concerns would have made a more thorough investigation in what was happening.

having read some of the hysteria posted today, it is remarkable either how stupid some people are, or how just how desperate they are to get their scalp.

Nothing new happened today. People at Essendon are very, very comfortable they have nothing to worry about. Anyone who thinks the announcement of an investigation equals the result of an investigation is a moron, plain and simple ;)

He also claims the players signed waivers exonerating the club of any potential wrong doing. Reimers got it wrong.

The stuff the players took that the club was aware of, the club had Bruce Reid check to make sure it was within the guidelines. The three ashen faced individuals believed at the time the supplements provided to players were legal. The investigation will determine if it all was.

Yes it did.

Other clubs that were thought in the gun because of the dodgy goings on at Essendon appear not be.

Can anyone with a better memory than me explain the context and inference that Tim Watson was making a few years back when he said "The Fish Rots at the Head".

Cheers
I can't remember whether it was directed at Sheedy or the Board, but it was during one of the many airings of the Watson Snr v Sheedy disagreements

So they claim.

Hopefully it will become clearer after we hear the ACC findings.
