Is it just me or is it getting worse, as in loading etc? I've got 1500/256 speed but the AFL site loads as slow as my commodore 64 did back in 1984. Frogger loaded quicker!

I thought something was wrong with my browser - I went to the main site and the only things that appeared were the footer, header and a Toyota Aurion ad. Maybe that's their plan, so we notice the Toyota ad? Anyway I left it open and checked back a minute or so later and something else loaded. Ridiculous

I'm in the final stages of building an alternative site and am on the look out for contributors (mainly news and opinion pieces) - send me a PM if you're interested. Not giving too much away now but let's just say it has a more comprehensive stats database than any footy site around currently.

The afl website is taking me ages to load.

They should make it 2 different formats rather than this crappy flash format. Although gameday live seems alright in flash.

Do you have a link to the Gameday live in flash? I went to the HTML live scores and clicked where it said "Want the full Gameday Live experience?", but the window just turns black and never seems to load. I updated my Flash player just to make 100% certain, but still its fuked.

The front page doesn't load in Opera either. It eventually loads in Firefox, but the Gameday live link causes it to freeze. How hard is it to revert to the 2007 site?
