AFL Wii - Looking for a Manual

Hi,

Bought a 2nd hand copy of this Wii game for my son the other day and turns out there was no Instruction manual in the case.
Been searching the net for a copy of the manual but so far no luck.

Anybody out there that can point me to a site that has these things?

Does anyone here own this Wii game and could perhaps scan the control instructions for us?

From memory the instruction booklet is in the menu anyway.
