He's a chance. He's made it into the Vic media now. As long as his form holds I think he's at least in the 40.

If you start "too slow" though they put a line through you and never give you a chance to get back in.

In 2012 Pav started the year further up the ground while the team learnt Lyon's plan and he kicked 11 goals in the first 9 rounds averaging 17.8 disposals a game. He then kicked 52 goals in his next 12 games averaging 18 disposals. But because of his quiet start he didn't make the All Australian team. Instead they choose Hawkins with 62 goals and 12.2 disposals a game. Hawkins previous best goal tally was 34 in a year so he didn't "earn it" with a body of work. The also choose Franklin after playing only 16 games, but he at least kicked 59 goals with 18 disposals a game. They normally choose 3 key forwards a year, but that year they decided to with 2 ruck on the field and put Cox and his 28 goals in the pocket.
