Yeah I honestly cant see how anyone could have Jackson as best on though I suppose I also dont see how someone can have Bolton outside the best 5...
JLo might be doing a Longmire/Hinkley and playing with the votes to pump up his player. Jackson is now equal third overall.

No Amiss votes is wild.

Unlucky but not wild. I didn't give him votes in the MVP thread (although I considered it), and quite a few others were the same. Treacy was clearly the best KPF on the ground, then you've got Voss kicking 3 and shutting down their best player. Would be highly unusual to have 3 x KPFs from the one side in the votes.

I thought LJ had a few disposal clangers during the game but if it's weighted on the last quarter perhaps the coach that thought his team was in the game for 3 quarters made that call, expecting his 2 rucks to win out in the last quarter.

I think in the post-match Justin says that we fixed the centre clearances in the last half when Luke started taking the ball cleanly out of the ruck so it could have been him - and maybe for some other stuff like that contested pack mark he took when the game was on the line when St Kilda kicked out to the wing.

And Bolts had his score involvements in the last quarter (4 out of the 6), but he kind of iced the game when it was about 3 goals up towards the end - so I dunno which player would have got the 3/2 split.

I didn't know either, which one had the more polarising game?
Maybe it was Jackson in hindsight, but I went with Bolton because I left him out of my votes (ha) but others had him very high.

Maybe we can get better insights once we see the best & fairest voting at the end of the season.

I'm leaning towards that and Ross Lyon gave Voss 3 votes as he knows how important he was to ruining their day.

Ross
5 Reid
4 Treacy
3 Voss
2 Bolton
1 Hall

Jlo
5 Jackson
4 Reid
3 Bolton
2 Treacy
1 Johnson

The thought is exciting though hey!

Especially when we were starved of key forwards for so many years.
