Nah missed out, although we did lose one of our guys in the warmup. Thanks to the generosity of your coach, we were able to replace him.

you blokes certainly gave us a fright early, toughest challenge we have had to date. we had guys going down left, right and centre with injuries
 
yer, i seen the big fella on your side had a fair bit of claret coming from his head. we copped a couple late minor injuries as well.

anyone know the results of the gympie v maroochy/northshore game???

we had some injuries out of last week's game but we were going to field a decent side. unfortunately caloundra have forfeited so a good chance to rest some player's before the big game next week against Pomona.

Pomona - Although i think you will give them a good run for their money Beery and would like to see you boys get up, i think they may just be too strong. prove me wrong...
 
pomona up by 2 against glasshouse, in a very very wet match and a few injuries, some of the boys will be back next week for the top of the table clash

welcome gents, good to hear other voices in here.

Caloundra would want to get some players back beery cause they couldnt get enough for a side last weekend. had a 15-a-side scratch match between ourselves and probably a better hitout than we would have got.

Tips for this week:

Bribie by 1 point (sorry roosy)
Noosa by a goal (i think they are due)
Glasshouse by plenty
Draw - should be a cracker
 
a draw in the pomona v pine rivers match, awesome game with end to end footy, and pine scoring a point with 5 seconds to go, while being down by 3 goals with 5 minutes to go. Good effort from both teams, will be good to see these 2 play in the finals.
 
Glasshouse over caloundra by 34. a handful of new players thrown in for caloundra tunred it into a tough physical match. sounded like the top of the table clash was a cracker! half the season to go, getting intetresting.
 
Maroochy by 103 points over Bribie. Sounds like the top of table clash was a great game, will be interesting to see what happens next time.
 
Noosa finally had a win after not being disgraced in any loss so far.from all reports pomona and Rivers a terrific free flowing game.Is Pomonas` big full forward brown out injured or gone to nambour? to follow an ex Pomona president like we`d heard.

Thanks jabba.Just hearing rumours then.He`s a good focal point Brown and will be hard to stop come finals.The magins and maxfields are in great form.Noosa are taking the pine rivers game as a final,another loss and season is just about done.Be interesting to see how it pans out and if Pine rivers are a bit sore from the Pomona clash.

Down at Rob Akers Reserve, we have been struggling with injuries for the last 3 weeks and looking forward to get some good players back after the break. going to have a tough time of it this weekend against Noosa, just hoping the ground is a bit firmer than round 1 when we played them up there.
