I like that the AFL went a different way with the premiership cup and they got the balance spot one. There's enough elements to be recognised as an AFL cup, but enough changes to be unique.

Is there anywhere I can find a simple spreadsheet listing our players with numbers, heights ages and weights (as in a football record page)?. I can't seem to find one that I can print to refer to while watching a game that will be full of players I don't know. Thumbnail photos are neither reqired nor wanted for this purpose

As far as I know weights haven't been released.

There's a list of our players in the 2nd post here, which I've reduced to your requirements below. Ages maybe out by a year or 2 depending on when there birthday is, I'll go through that later tonight. There's also a pdf of names and numbers in the OP here, which CrowdedHouse put together.

Thumbnails with names, numbers and positions added to OP.

I'm assuming Walker replaces Heil who did her ACL late last year in training.

Let's hope the occasion doesn't get to the players. For years we have seen many players not able to handle the pressure and expectation of a Grand Final. And this will be the biggest game of women's footy that has ever been played. Hopefully this is where our team being filled with leaders will pay off.

And Carlton's women's list

This is why concerns of dilution of talent from the exhibition games are overstated. Penny Culla-Read is an exhibition player and cannot even get in the team.

Congrats to those selected. Hopefully Cula-Reid, Kuys, Wotton, Sheahan and Walker get their chance in the coming weeks.

I hope you are correct. We'll have a better understanding after the weekend.

Does anyone know if fans will be allowed on the ground during the breaks?

Please read this article;

I particularly like this;
Last year's exhibition match between Melbourne and the Western Bulldogs surprised fans with its pace, ferocity and exciting play. But this was essentially an all-star game.

It reminded me about the fact that I was disappointed with the low scoring in our practise match. Maybe I was expecting to much.

This is also why we should embrace the competition;
For decades, the men's game has had clear development pathways to help boys progress to senior football — the level of coaching and support at Under 18 level is immense.

Women have not had those luxuries. Some local clubs don't even have female-friendly change rooms.

Time for the revolution to begin.

I doubt it at Ikon Park. Would be in at Holden Center
