I wonder if clubs have the same input on AFLW stuff given that the contract is a league wide one rather than with the individual clubs?
you'd hope there would be more of a QA process than someone looking at a logo for a rough colour and manufacturing hundreds of guernseys. that blue is pretty off-putting.
Its a good question. If memory serves, Eddie intervened after the Collingwood jumper in season one had the cutoff stripes, to ensure they went all the way up from season two onwards.
You would think the clubs would have to have some sort of say, but I could see clubs delegating those tasks to lesser staffers for AFLW matters. Ours was probably ticked off by Phil Harper.
Really think the Lions should go the blue collar and cuffs across the board for the home jumper, as the men do with the current away/Fitzroy-coloured jumper. A much stronger look.
Looks as if above sponsor numbers are introduced into AFLW...
Also, confirmed that must be a mistake by Cotton On ie Adelaide jumpers because they are wearing normal jumpers today

Appears to be the first time we have seen AFLW training guernseys by Cotton On.

could be the vflw kit being worn by collingwood, no other jumper i have seen has featured an above number sponsor.

Can't work out how to post here, but the bulldogs' long sleeve jumper posted on the aflw Instagram looks wonderful. Thick white cuffs, red collar, no red shoulders. Cotton on's royal blue looks to pop too.

The one with the Red also has a slightly smaller version of the Saints logo.Spotted this on Instagram. The girl on the left has some red stitching above the Reflex sponsor logo, whereas the guernsey worn by the girl on the right does not.
It doesn't go into the White panel, it is solely in the Black panel.
