I'm not sure Richmond are playing at a higher quality than we do. They have a couple of good kicks in their side but the difference between their better players and their bottom 6 is significant. We are a lot more balanced.

The noticeable thing is Collingwood play with intensity and dispose of the ball quickly and instinctively where they know they have teammates. We don't really have enough of those players. Moody for example, gets the ball but handballs backwards over her head without knowing what is there, even if it is towards our opponents goal. It's just a lottery when we do that. We are lacking in pacy overlap runners too so have to be more methodical. Even when we played Dalton and Walker, they're not great kicks so we weren't always effective. Maddie isn't quick, McEvoy isn't quick, we traded for O'Dea and she isn't quick. We seem to go for toughness and footy smarts but like the men's team, speed hasn't always been a priority.
