From Chiocci's comments in the video there was a "process" behind determining the leadership positions, which included asking her for personal areas of improvement. It's good that we conducted such a review instead of just re-appointing.

To be honest I'd have gone with Brazill. She's an inspiration on the field. Agree re: process and don't mind the outcome if it was considered.

I think Bri will eventually end up as captain. The fact she is also vice first year in speaks volumes.
