Looked a class above not just her team mates - but the majority of the competition - every time she ran out on the ground.

At 22 she's going to be a star of the game for many years to come.

Not really. Loz polled for her work at the coal face every week. Not as speccy as Darcy but consistent contributions and recognition of effort. Darcy had one or two quieter games.

Honestly thought Arnell got more recognition simply being one of the 'known' faces myself... Loynes did more grunt work IMO. Vescio won the goal kicking by a reasonable margin and looked a class above.

Congrats Brianna, what a great season!

It was evident from the very first game we had something special. Seems injury was the only opponent that slowed her down.

She's young (22) and only got back to playing (real) football ~18 months ago, so could continue to improve.

Vescio and Jakobsson also young, hopefully have long careers at Carlton. Arnell and Loynes the elder stateswomen (?) rounding things out with fantastic seasons.

Our season may not have ended as hoped, but a lot to look forward to.
