I'd like to see the resources/sponsorship go into building AFLW to replace the AFL pre-season comp. Play twilight/night games due to the heat. AFL (men's) teams to play appropriate number of scratch matches at community venues as their prep. Probably won't happen as the AFL want to maximise their "products". Wouldn't it be huge in years to come for AFLW to take center stage as a curtain raiser to the home and away season?
