What a great fightback.

I didn't catch many games last season and the quality has improved massively since the first season. That's definitely the best I've seen us play.

Hopefully it’s a big year for both the men & womens teams with dangerous forward lines. Quality game.

I can't believe how much the standard has improved.

It's at the point where it's an actual disappointment to drop an uncontested mark, whereas in year one it was a 50/50. That just improves it out of sight. Can actually start putting disposal chains together like our last goal of the half, which ironically involved a dropped chest mark.

3 years in and it's not hard to see the women's game has a real future. Next year's expansion will probably hurt a lot in the short term but with the grassroots explosion there's cause for excitement at what it could be in 10ish years
