I get it comes with winning games, but the ability of the girls to put a serious score this year has been impressive. 4x scores this year over 40pts and 3x over 60.

Previous seasons we have struggled to break the 30 points, let alone 20 in some of the real early years.

Nice to see we boosted our percentage enough to overtake Adelaide. But we missed a chance to cash in a little. Still, nice to see us not concede a goal for 3.5 quarters.

Off to a slow start (the theme of the season) but got over the top of them in the end. Could've really put them to the sword but who cares, a win's a win for a team that could average only one win a game before Daisy got there. Rotten and gutting for Rowley, fingers, toes and everything else crossed for her.

She's one of my absolute favourites. That's devastating. Was putting together a great year.

Unfortunately knee injuries are part and parcel of women’s sport. They’re a few times more likely to affect women so you’re lucky to get through a season without multiple women doing their ACL.

Gee that was a fun game to be at (except for injury to Rowley )

Words don’t describe how incredible Roberts is but L.Wakfer must have been close to pipping her for BOG - she has had some fortnight.

Otherwise everyone was strong but I was super impressed with our defenders - Cleaver, Z.Wakfer, Thomas and Rentch not just for keeping Pies goalless for 3 quarters but the ability to transition the ball at pace coming out of defence.
