Well here we are, our first ever game in the AFLW.
The result to me won’t be the main focus, I’ll be concentrating on the efforts, work ethic and skill level to see if there is something we can build on.
But that won’t stop us cheering them on of course.

Pretty much a perfect summation. Not expecting a great result on the scoreboard, I think we’ll struggling scoring tbh, but really just want to see some passion and hunger. I thought it sounded better in the context of a game?
It might not have the immediate gusto and impact of Pies/Tiges/GWS but I think it works better than I expected.
