Burgoyne, Gunston & Wingard will play.

Impey may also feature for Betts team.
Draft is happening Wednesday night, you can watch it live to find out.

I mean I won't, but I could if I wanted to.

Anyone else noticed that it will be played at MARVEL Stadium and that one of the teams logos is exactly the same as THE FLASH, a DC COMICS character

You sure it’s not Electro’s?

It's football only in the loosest of terms.

Frankly, I'm surprised the players* are still allowed to kick the ball...

*can we still call them 'players', or are they now 'Score Involvement Technicians'?

Footy aside, I just want to see a contrived marketing platform that alienates those who currently love the game, whilst failing to entice those that have little to no existing interest.

It's a paradigm with synergy, it's vertical and dynamic, that's the strategy.

There's no alignment with blue sky thinking.

.

"How will we get people interested?"
"If only there was some tribal element of AFL that we could tap into? Like clubs, or teams or something that we could appeal to for fans to have an emotional connection?"
"Great idea! Let's create completely new teams and jumble up all the players! That'll get em!"

Fife has the best squad so far, I reckon. Lots of speed.

Is someone going to take Suckers? 10 points for a midfield goal. (Yes I watched that stupid 90 second explanation of this stupid game)

To be fair, it is just a lightning bolt.... pretty generic.
