Dow and Willo doing well, they’re probably the only ones that stand out at the moment. We are going to love having Paddy I think. He looks ready and like he belongs.

Was going to mention the same thing and field kicking was pretty bad.
Plenty of rust though still in the pipes but Paddy and Lochie look sensational so far.

Skill level was ordinary, lots of missed targets. Dow looks like he'll play round 1.
Positives: all pulled through fine, Dow and Williamson looked good, good exposure for Dow and LOB
negatives: Marchbank looks like he’s still warming up, Macreadie did ok but gee he’s still skinny, few dodgy skills.

More based on last year, just don't think he has the body.
What the excuse though when our players are rusty as but our two new draftees have outstanding skills? It’s pretty embarrassing I think when we see such crap skills on display.

I agree. Haven’t seen anything about him last year to suggest he will make it, tonight he looks so out muscled and out played and this is just a draining drill.
Dow: looked like Dangerfield when he sprinted 10m and kicked the goal. Something about the low centre of gravity and solid core with his low head. Very impressed.
LOB: had a few kick ins. Some bullet like passes, some missed. Didn’t get much apart from that.
Williamson: aggressive, takes on the game, not afraid to run. Continuation of natural progress from last year.
Silvagni: didn’t do that much. Took some marks. That one kick across the 40m line which was off target was just ugly.
Pickett: looked exciting when he got near it. Just needs to get near it more.

Bloody brutal and completely off the mark in my opinion. Cam played well and kicked a goal. We fielded babies and they fielded their first 22 players. Calm down a bit I think.
Mum can’t wait for the day when we don’t expect poor skills though!
Happens every year with lots of clubs.
