Everyone has season predictions, has anyones changed over the course of 5 rounds of footy?

My predictions at the start of the season were:

Top four: Hawthorn, Fremantle, Sydney, Geelong
Premier: Hawthorn
Runner-up: Fremantle
Wooden spoon: St.Kilda
Surprise team: West Coast
Brownlow Medal: Scott Pendlebury
Coleman Medal: Travis Cloke
NAB AFL Rising Star: Jack Martin

After 5 rounds I think it will finish:

Top four: Hawthorn, Geelong, Fremantle, Port Adelaide
Premier: Hawthorn
Runner-up: Geelong
Wooden spoon: Brisbane
Surprise team: Has probably been St.Kilda so far
Brownlow Medal: Scott Pendlebury
Coleman Medal: Nick Riewoldt
NAB AFL Rising Star: Josh Kelly

Big Brodie is a sniff.
Luke Dunstan from Saints has had a ripping start to the season.
Luke Mcdonald from Norf?
Joe Daniher, Patton, Aish are a chance maybe

So far only Dunstan, Buckley, Kelly and Mcdonald have been nominated though.

We are a real sniff for 4th but might have to fight it out with them for that final spot.

Not taking Port as a serious threat worked out well for us last season...

I take them seriously. I don't understand the love of them being the 3rd or 4th best team on exposed form though

1. We are a far better team than we were then and still getting better
2. 4th is pretty different to where they finished last season

If I remember correctly Len Thompson our Brownlow winning ruckman from the '70's made his debut in a semi final and was a topliner from the get go.

See no reason to change. Knock on wood, but this is the first season where we're yet to have a season ending injury, and right now it appears as though we'll have everyone back by the round after the bye.

Youth knows no fear and plays from the heart, all we need is a bit more experience to guide and focus their efforts.

We have 3 danger games, against Port and the Hawks twice I think we will beat the Hawks probably in the second game

Although we've won one last-round game since 2006

and we have played in finals all those years, I don't think Collingwood will want to do what they did in 2011, they let Geelong have that game and it filled them with confidence.

I cannot see us getting beaten until rd 14, which will have us 10-2 going into the Hawks game.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Each week has to be won on its own. Every game is a danger game. We don't have a final 8 position until the final round. There are bound to be some disappointments on the way, given the way so many of the players, especially defenders, are playing above expectations. There only have to be a couple drop back to expected performance at the same time for the knives to come back out.
