Was at airport when Brisbane came in today, Pike & Copeland have both been dropped, Lappin not on flight, Power was but hand still bruised. Alot of new blokes. Spoke to Mal Michael, he is still 5050...stated hammy tightness from last week, but it is back related, so a few good tackles/bumps & he won't last long from what I heard direct.

Michael might not play but something tells me he will. I have a funny feeling we might lose again :(

Kapow , We will smash Brisbane.
They are a team of broken bodies and every team that has beaten them this year have run them off their feet. Sat Nite will be the same . McPharlin will be out but I bet who is in is a runner for sure. We will win by 40 + .
I can not see how Brisbane can threaten us , physically maybee but with a season in tatters why win one if key personell would come under scrutiny ??
Good game IMO for Schammer & Headland to announce they are back. !!! wouldnt mind seeing Dani Gilmore having a run either !!

I have a bad feeling too..... we havent played well this year when we are the hunted. Brissy come across with nothing to lose and everything to prove. They still have a very good player group, and their style of physical football will probably trouble us.

Even if we win i wouldnt expect a great spectacle, i bet we play chippy chippy negative football without Mcpharlin :(

We can only hope.
But then i can see if we start just bombing in it sets up perfectly for lepa and Big mal to just punch away all day. But then that could setup the very in form wiz for his first 10 bag :)

Sandilands forward might work well!
I'm not completely sold onhis marking ability yet. Yes he did take a fw good strong grabs last week, but over the lenght of his short career he has been found lacking in that area. Hopefully he's turned over a new leaf, but I just want to see him do it regularly first...

The guy we have to watch out for, and I cannot stress this enough, is you Daniel Merret. Brown, we'll have to conceed he'll kick about 5+ goals on Polak (just too strong for him) but Merret will be a danger, he's huge.

Re Airport News: Plugga is on the money with Lukey Power - I noticed (from aisle 32) that he had to get Mal Michael to open the salted peanuts for him.
