Aisake = TANK!

Cant wait till i see this monster running around on the MCG. With him out there on the park, i think it will make his brother play better. I seen them both at work the other day and aisake is looking HUGE....i mean "HUGE":thumbsu:

I'm not really sure he has many in front of him. Prehaps Ackland and Cloke might get the first shot at holding down the position but we all know they won't last. I think Aisake will be the next ruckman selected ahead of Hampson at this stage unless they really want to throw Kruezer to the wolves.

Im with you Gandaal......was too strong for Hammer in their duels at training last week, and his kicking is miles better.

Is a huge chance to play Rnd 1 IMO

So where is he destined to play in the ruck or a KP role some where ?

I think that he is destined to play as a ruck rover... he has the speed and agility to play as one and with his height and leap, he can take over as the #1 ruck while the #1 ruck is resting down in the forward line.

The guy sounds like a Adam Goodes :eek:

Looking forward to seeing him debut this season :thumbsu:

Thanks for all the reports guys... :D

Also what is his disposal like these days ?

I believe that when he first came to the AFL he didn't even know how to kick a footy !:eek:
His disposal is still not super flash, but he has made a dramatic improvement.

There is no way that Aisake will be our no.1 ruckmen at any stage this year. Im sure the coaching staff are frustrated enough at the disposal of Setanta. There is no need for even more crappy disposal when we have other options in Hampson and Kruezer. Not only can they read the game better they understand everything better than Aisake does. Lets face it, if Setanta was australian he would not be playing afl, and the reason is because he cannot kick. If he was brought up in Aus he would not have made it into a football team. He cannot kick. Its lucky he is big and can run. Personally i love the guy but lets face it. His disposal is CRAP and we dont need another crap kick in aisak in our team when we can have decent kciks in the form of hampson and kruezer who can read and play the game better. Sure aiskae is god on the track but he isnt that great on the park

Hate to be pedantic but if he was brought up here he probably would be able to kick.

Setanta's kicking style on his right foot, looks awkward and over-cautious, but he can clear 50m, and mostly hits his target, which at the end of the day, is all that matters. He also has a good left foot kick, which interestingly looks more natural than his right. Have seen him clear 50m on his left with ease. His handball skills, on both sides are actually very good. And his close in reflexes are excellent, and he often fires out a handball from congestion to a midfielder in space. Aisake's a left-footer, and has a much more natural, fluent style. His kicking seems OK. Because of these guys backgrounds, there is a tendency to be over-critical of their skills, when in fact they are probably better than a lot of AFL players already, and improving with every game. :)

This is the picture the Carlton Football club didn't want anyone to see..:cool:.

Once the North relocation is complete, the AFL have the Bulldogs in their merger/relocation sights. Perhaps you should start thinking about that. I doubt your 40+ year success-less mess of a Club will exist in 5 years. A sinking ship might be a better analogy. lol. :)

Nah leave #1 Dogs Fan alone. He doesn't really deserve that sort of response.
