"There is no chance Aish will go to North and you can thank Balmey......he's built this one"

~The Scout~
That's good enough for me. I don't know who this guy and where he gets his info but he's been on the money so far. Told us that Brisbane would definitely be dealing with Aish after they had gone out and told the world no way.

He is a scout for Collingwood.

That's where he gets his info as he is part of the team.

Why invite/ tag them onto our board? Leave them where they are. They are happy there and in fact probably everyone is happy they are there and not here :)
Agreed, our threads are filled with enough campaigners already, although i doubt we'll be seein "Wont Flush" and "Soreass" around here for awhile:D

So you think your fellow Collingwood supporters are "campaigners"?
Well, at least we know where we stand in your mind. And can rightly ignore you from now on.
Cheers.

Has he said that himself? Or is it because of the name it's assumed?

Regardless he knows his stuff.

Ah campaigners. The most used word on BF during trade period.

Tagging them is against BF rules.

Then why does one have the ability to carry it out.

Starting a thread about somebody is against the rules, I don't think this is.

And if it is, the mods have been doing a bad job of enforcing such a rule.

There was a warning from the mods a few days ago. I don't make the rules mate and really don't care what you post. Keep both feet on the wheel and do what you feel...

No,not in general, just the ones that twist words to suit their agenda.Pretty sure most posters on here would hav enough intelligence to work out I was refering to the influx of opposition supporters on here tellin us what we should do.
Please dont put me on ignore-i dont think my heart could take it

Pints don't count for you, you have no academy or father some so you have picks that if the experts are right are useless and the Hawks have two first rounders and can start to reload their list without giving up anything that impacts on them short term.

Every trade they do with you they smash you.

Not this one. Jed is a jet. Unlikely to get a better midfielder with 15.

Jed is the best player I've never seen. Pick 15 was a steal

Hey Snoop, as you're a keen draft watcher I have a question for you.

With Aish at AFL level I have not liked what I've seen. And I'm not just talking about this year where he battled injuries, even last year when he was getting a bit of the ball in the Brisbane midfield I didn't particularly like his attributes. Although he gets the ball, he looked slow, not necessarily a great kick and the type to avoid the contest (which is fine if you have Gaff's speed or Sidey's endurance but he doesn't).

Now I assume this is partly due to him not being happy in his environment and his lack of motivation – which incidentally is probably another thing that I don't like if he always needs to be externally motivated to play his best.

Today I had another look at his original draft highlight video. Obviously these are very limited in what they can demonstrate, but I didn't find much to be impressed with and I still have major concerns on his speed.

My question is: what is it that made him so highly rated in the 2013 draft? What type of mid was he at junior level? I'm conscious that he must have been very dominant to be rated as the best mid in that draft or close to it and I assume we're chasing him as we're predicting these skills to translate at AFL level but I'd like to hear your take on it.

Hey Knightmare, can I ask you for your input on the above – Aish and my concerns over his attributes – as I imagine you've witnessed him at junior level as well?

campaigner campaigner campaigner campaigner campaigner campaigner campaigner

All this time I though 'campaigner' was a reference to Napoleon. Wonder what 'flog' means.

lol Norf.

There's nothing worse than chasing everyone and ending up with nothing.
This is why you need to "target" the player/s you chase thoroughly. Throwing your hat into every ring makes you look desperate and without a plan.

Please don't tag opposition members if your intent is only to stir them up or cause trouble.
If you're inviting them to join in a genuine discussion that's ok
