I'm actually now hoping that Aish calls their bluff and heads to the PSD. Clubs generally won't pick a player if they know they are a flight risk in a year's time. If that happens I'm heading to the Brisbane board

Why wouldn't Carlton take him and if they couldn't settle him down they could trade him to Collingwood in a year. At worst they'd spend a PSD pick to get a ND pick(s) the following year or a player and a pick(s).

well i still call that a good deal for brisbane... the kid hasn't set the house on fire in the last two years. It seems strange that he gets talked up so much. The Bastinac trade got all this hype as being bad for collingwood but I see it as a lost opportunity for brisbane to get what they want. We've had some good success at picking players in the 20s... it wouldnt worry me if we just told brisbane to take it or leave it. If Aish squibs and moves to North, so be it
