And everyone who was freaking out on the Bastinac trade for the picks scenario for 17...it's just been updated that Rohan Bewick looks to be involved in that as he has been at North Melbourne HQ.

If Aish is determined to go to Collingwood, he will join Collingwood within 40 hours.

Possibly, but I think it's more about the AFL being happy if the extra points can be spread over the value of the player lost. Under that deal Brisbane gain both extra the points/picks and the player.

Seedsman's + Kennedy's manager was on radio today and made a comment along the lines that 68 had to be kicked our way before it was signed off.

I can't see it happening espeically with the Treloar deal talking so long. Brisbane have been in talks with us and have categorically denied us according to the media. If Treloar is our main priority we won't have enough time to deal with Brisbane over Aish it sounds like it will be a rush job if we do. I can see them holding out.

What? You really think they will let him walk to the pre season draft for nothing when we will offer some decent picks.

Wouldn't be surprised if the afl had a word to Brisbane as well. Letting them know their hardline stance wouldn't be getting them any favours in the future if the continued to suck as much.

AFL won’t have anything to say. Can’t just send a player to other clubs as charity. If Collingwood want him then come to the party or miss out. It’s pretty simple. Brisbane were made it clear that they would send him to the draft and if a deal that does not help them comes up I believe they will.

We have had offers we wanted to go with from North but he refuses to go there, Pies have not given us an offer that’s going to meet our requirements. Where do we go from there? your own head chief operator in schwab said that collingwood haven't even made a formal offer yet. Seriously dont come here with ignorant opinions that have no facts to it. Brisbane did other trades before the aish trade, so it seems that aish wasn't that high on their list to get done. Seriously have some common sense when you talk

The drafts it is then. You know Bastinac is contracted yeah? Like Aish he is also managed by Pickers yeah? Pickers wants all his clients to be happy. Bastinac and the raft of the picks you need stay at North unless Brisbane get Aish to Collingwood. Easy.
