Don't know if it would matter these days as the strikes (assuming they WERE strikes) would be expired as they last for 4 years.

Mind you, I guess it would still be a pretty big breach of privacy.

You think?

Never mind that the only person who apparently saw the documents in question was Dylan Howard. Not exactly a byword for integrity.

I saw a list at some point years ago too and we've all heard names from all over the league too.

Those names are not getting published here.

That's the incident. The one with the medical records about to expose Lance Franklin for the pill popping steroid shafting party boy that he is.

2008 Premiership*
Big difference between pill popping and steriods, for starters the tests are conducted by different groups and if someone tested positive for steriods it is released publicly and the AFL can't stop it.

Also working on your theory 1990 Premiership **

I've got a snapshot of a newspaper web page listing the names. It was still accessible several days after the injunction was handed down.

Thats a weird thing to keep when it didn't even relate to the club you support or are you saving it for the perfect opportunity to pop it back into these type of forums should the opportunity ever arise so that you can grab your 5 minutes of fame.

These types of rumours are always disappointing and I don't understand the glee that some people get when situations like this arise especially given that most supporters have someone at the club they support who at one time or another need a minder to make sure they stay out of mischief - don't they?

Just read through the illicit drugs policy.

If a certain player were to miss 6 weeks it would be the same penalty for a first breach.

If he gets named to play the Suns, then there goes your little conspiracy theory out the window, you little gossip mungering pleb. People like you who make up stuff about famous people on the internet are a disease on society.

Thought I'd capture it for posterity, the same way people now capture controversial tweets in case they are deleted. It's buried away in some uninstalled software files, and I can only remember 3 or 4 of the names. But I can probably find and restore it if you like.

You shouldn't be too worried, there's only 1 chance in 16 of it concerning your club...

I don't have a problem with you finding and restoring it if that's what rocks your boat - lots of people with pseudo balls on this forum so you can be the exception to the rule and I'm well aware that it was the club I support that had the medical reports of TWO players stolen and that the rest of the information supplied was based on "we are led to believe". Unfortunately we (the public) were unable to find out anymore because the Doctor and the AFL took out an injunction to protect the rights of ALL players within the AFL but in reality all it did was allow people like yourself to constantly speculate about how much they do or don't know and constantly besmirch the reputations of people they don't even know.

As I said and which you chose not to respond to is that there are players at some clubs who need a babysitter whenever they go out and from now on and for ever after one such player from your club will be subjected to the same baseless innuendo so I'm surprised that yourself, Peejay and the like continue to fuel these types of rumours instead of ignoring them until they are publicised as FACT and then it will be open slather for all and sundry to slate them and their supporters until the cows come home.

Is that a certain player or any player - how many weeks has Sandilands missed with a toe injury - a toe for gods sake or Nat Fyfe - he supposedly hurt his shoulder, how can we be positive that's what it really was. Don't you see how stupid these types of posts are. Buddy hurt his hammy and it was worse than first thought but that doesn't fit the BF profile does it so it's better just to make shit up.

Haha I'm just winding you up. Good luck finding anywhere that I've implicated specific players over the injunction. Hell, I haven't even commented on the topic of this thread. But it's quite amusing to see how seriously affected Hawthorn supporters are by all this.

I haven't made anything up.

Cool the jets princess.

Everybody knows what you're insinuating. Having a laugh and taking the piss is all good, but slandering people who you have probably never met is just a bit shit don't ya think. I just hate all this gossipy shit no matter who it is about. Unless you have hard evidence and are willing to put it on the table, you shouldn't imply nasty things about people. His family and friends would read sites like this. It really is a low act, any way you try and spin it.
