Hope Clarko gets back soon, one of the better coaches in the AFL and more so someone who is not afraid to speak his mind or show his emotions.

Seems like a huge chance for Brendan Bolton though to push his claims for a senior gig in the next few years, taking control of a struggling Hawks outfit for a week or two.

Hopefully recovers soon, im as competive as they come during a game but after the siren i wish for the wellbeing of everyone in the system, huge chance for Brendan Bolton and goodluck to him.

Having met Clarko a number of times I can vouch for the fact he's a ripping bloke, despite the way he comes across in front of the camera at times. You can tell why all the hawks boys love him and it's obvious why he's a gun AFL coach. Wish him all the best in his recovery and hope hes back in action sooner rather than later.

Damn. As someone with a chronic illness, I wish him all the best in making a speedy recovery.

Top shelf coach so it would be a shame to see him out of the game for an extended period.

Clarko is the Best Coach in the League.

Be interesting how Hawks go without him

Crazy how these things can come out of nowhere.

Football obviously comes 2nd at the moment but boy have the hawks been unlucky this year with injuries and now this.. only thing that was going to stop them winning the flag.

Hope this isn't too serious, anything to do with nerves or spine is worrying

Oh no! Poor Clarko. Anyone in bigfooty pieland have any experience with this?
Don't have that syndrome but I have practially no disc material between L3 and L4 which can see me having some pretty serious back and leg problems on a regular basis. Mine is simply from working my body harder than its built for for 40 years or so and is permanent.

Hopefully Clarko get well better, the biggest thing with any ongoing back problem is core strength.

The stronger the core the more support for the spinal column.

Get well Clarko and all the best.

I hope he has a speedy recovery, AND instead of returning to the Hawks, he is chosen to be the next Melbourne coach!!!
