His batting certainly has surprised me a bit, not sure I saw him getting to this level.

His keeping though… I never would have predicted him becoming as good of a glove men as he has. Just a truly elite keeper who is still getting better.

Maintain this level for a few years and he will be as good as any Aussie keeper not named Gilchrist

He has 19 stumpings already, to put in perspective Gilchrist and 37 & MS Dhoni had 38 in Test Cricket who played way more.

Shows he has insane awareness.
