alex ischenko is a much maligned player in my opinion. often very misunderstood. this disappoints me somewhat.

he ranks as one of the great ruckman of north melbourne. he always got on well with everyone, and never threw his boots at me.

tell me, why does everyone misunderstand him so?

it just frustrates me, that's all. alex was often misunderstood by the umpires, supporters (especially collingwod), and a number of other different people.

he was a nice guy.
