There's a thread on the draft board redrafting the 2013 draft. AP not mentioned in 8 odd pages based on 2 years exposed form. It's kind of hard to put him up as top 20 ATM given his handful of games, but instinctively it feels like he's actually going to be top 10. He's up against quality like Bont, Cripps, McCarthy etc. though.

2016 will be the big moving year for AP if our hopes for a top 10 player from pick 37 are to be confirmed.

Wouldn't be paying too much attention to that re-draft. It's just an opinion piece and they are only looking at top 10-15 so far - plus clear Collingwood/Victorian bias in their analysis. A.Pearce because he plays for a top 4 team (almost all the players mentioned play for bottom 8 teams) hasn't played enough yet to be talked about outside of Freo. Plus he's a key defender - you'll notice there are none in the top 15 mentioned. Barrass from WCE is in a similar position. Mids (if given game time) are always going to develop quicker, KPPs generally don't hit their straps until a few years in (hence why Hogan and McCarthy are so attractive).
