OK, Sandie.

I have gone back and read the two threads that you mentioned. While I was there I also checked out your thread titled, "Hey everyone, this site is being sabotaged".

Having conducted this little piece of research at your suggestion, I have come to the conclusion that you are a very insecure little girl with a lot of problems.

Both the threads that you mentioned were started by my good friend Joffa, who is one of the most charismatic, witty, charming and intellectual football fans I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Joffa is one of those old-fashioned feral barrackers who gets thrown out by security more weeks than not, because the bourgeois football consumers of 21st century Australia find him threatening to their comfortable middle class respectability.

Joffa represents something that made our game great. He is a real character and I look up to him immensely. He is THE VOICE. I have heard this guy barrack. And believe me, it is worth the admission price just to hear him.

Now what's the matter, Sandie? Can't you handle one of the true characters of footy culture? You poor little middle-class, Liberal-voting, Essendon-supporting thing.

Another prominent contributor on those two threads that you mentioned was a young chap named Mags. A totally committed, totally devoted follower of the black and white.

I don't always agree with every thing he says and I will admit he sometimes gets a bit "emotional", shall we say. But he's a good kid. He's got a lot of spirit. And I can see that after he has passed through these turbulent adolescent years he will become the sort of adult who doesn't just sit back and cop whatever bullshit society wants to throw at him.

We need people like Mags in our society, or we'll all be plastic nobodies like you, Sandie.

Your thread simply illustrated your own insecurity. This site is much bigger than any individual on it. So what if Mags said that the Collingwood supporters are going to take over the site. It's just a case of a young kid indulging in a bit of bravado. If you can't take that you should just have a Bex and a good lie down and leave living to those who know how.

Also while I was looking through old posts I discovered a real gem from BigFooty's resident comedian, JUBJUB. Among his endless stream of wit there was one particular classic that I'm sure had everyone howling with laughter ... the one about Darren Millane. Real choice stuff, JUBJUB.

Hey, I've got a great idea. I'll have a talk to Eddie McGuire on Monday and see if I can arrange a gig for you, JUBJUB. I'll get you a stand-up comedy spot in the Collingwood Social Club. You can come and perform your hilarious routine in front of the Magpie faithful. I'm sure your Darren Millane joke will go down a treat.

I had the imense priveledge of having a drink with 'pants' in the social club after our 1990 premiership win.

You could not meet a nicer bloke he was a guy who loved his footy truly loved the collingwood footy club and fell in love with all collingwood supporters.
