Saw him play for Old Trinity against St Bernards in the A grade prelim. He was cut up by Chris Goullet, another talented kid who was not drafted. Had a good season overall, worth a look for a rookie list spot.

Yep - Nevs had a very good season finishing 3rd in our B&F behind Abe Williams (Bullants) and Andrew Ramsden (AAFC Captain), and if he doesn't get drafted/rookied is most likely going to play at Box Hill to further his footy. Outside chance of him playing at Trinity again but probably not for a couple of seasons.

Should have got drafted. KIcks both feet better than most footballers going around and is in the Leon Cameron mould.

If anyone took him they would not be disappointed.

You think he will? November 20 all will be revealed, and when he isn't drafted that will make you the loser Sensation and you can go back to your job of counting the coconut sprinkles on lamingtons.

Pretty standard story really. He wasn't a genuine midfielder, nor could he play key positions. He was basically a specialist HBF and the AFL clubs want those sort of guys to be very very quick with great kicking. Neville was a bit slow.

Heaps of players do well at junior level and find that there isn't really an AFL position for them.
