Emer: Chapman Ling Bowden

Brown being triple teamed for the past 9 rounds has probably seriously harmed his chances, as has some poor goal kicking.

Now that we have a serious second tall option in Clark, Brown will be able to make his push for AA selection over the rest of the season.

Re: All Australian Team To Date

surely lockyer has to be in there, not sure about alwyn davey, pavalich?

Re: All Australian Team To Date

OUT: Davey, Sandilands, J.Brown

IN: McIntosh, Riewoldt, Tarkyn Lockier (not sure how his names spelt)

Re: All Australian Team To Date

Glass in for Fletcher. Otherwise good.

depends what position they are playing, Fletch is killing it down back running off Mal and dominating clearances.

Glass and Rutten can fight it out for FB

fletcher is better around the ground with his disposals and stuff, but glass and rutten are the better back men then fletcher by far

Re: All Australian Team To Date

As good as Scarlett is, Glass has done the job beautifully in the last two GF's, which would go a very long way (IMO) with the selectors.

Winning three flags didn't do Mal Michael any good with the AA selectors.

Probably because he is ex-Collingscum....you know they hate us all....

Seriously though, I was in Sth Korea during your reign and I didn't realise that. Very surprising.

Do you know who got in, instead?? I would look myself but I am a lazy so and so.

Re: All Australian Team To Date

"to date" meaning this year right? Why would the last 2 GF have anything to do with this years AA FB?

You are kidding right? How many times have we seen "super stars" get into the AA team on reputation alone when they have had good seasons but not really stellar ones.

Re: All Australian Team To Date

I don't think that team is even close

B: Lockyer Rutten Fletcher
HB: H.Shaw C.Cornes, McCloud
C: Malcheski, S. Black, L. Hodge
HF: G. Ablett S. Lucas L. Franklin
F: B. Harvey, B. Fevola, Brad Johnson
R: McIntosh, C. Judd J. Bartel
Int: Kerr, Jolly, Lewis, Pavlich
Emer: B. Sewell, Stanton

Re: All Australian Team To Date

To the people putting Hodge in, Lewis has out performed him easily this year.
Our two most likely AA's would be Lewis and Sewell at this point in time, and possibly Buddy if he can straighten his kicking for goal up.

Just because Lewis has been getting more touches doesnt mean he is out performing "luke"

Lewis is a ball magnet but teams arnt bothered if he racks up that much disposal AKA scott west... luke hodge on the other hand...well he hurts teams!!

Hodge - 20 possesions > Lewis 35 posessions
