All Australian Team vs Premiers Exhibition Game

Just a random thought I had, what if we had an exhibition game say 4 weeks after the grand final between the All Australian Team and the Premiers? They could have a month to train together etc. The AA members from the premiership side would still play for their team and their AA spots would be filled.

Of course it won't happen for logistical reasons, but fun to think of as a hypothetical.

It'd be talent vs team synergy, would the AA team take it in a canter, or might it be surprisingly close? How much would talent etc make up for the lack of experience as a team? I guess it'd be like the 92 Dream Team vs the 92 Bulls (maybe that wouldn't work as many of the latter were in the former), 80s Vic side vs 80s Hawks, 2002 English national football side vs Manchester United etc.

Not sure the Players association would allow it, nor would the premiers want it, nor would the other players from the also rans want to stop doing cheap bags in Europe and potentially get tested.

So yeah, it’s a no from them dog.

However, if all of the above weren’t an issue, it might be fun.
