CHF is a bit of a puzzle. I have J Riewoldt slightly ahead of Franklin.

For some reason Cameron has not impressed me a lot this year but he has booted almost three a game so maybe he would be next in line. Bruce is not a CHF and may be an option in the pocket. Walker has not been imposing enough in the air for that position.

Roughead is simply not a key forward this season and just runs around finding the footy and distributing it. He now plays pretty much the same role as Wingard does and might be an option for HFF. Gunston a bit more of a CHF role but is all over the ground. Amazingly Nick Riewoldt to me is still the best pure CHF in the game.

Even though my boys probably deserve to be named in the convo, it is a bit odd for me to think of Armitage, Steven, Riewoldt and Bruce as in AA calculations with at least one getting a gong considering we are 6-10.

if nick riewoldt played just a few more games he'd have to be CHF again this year. So consistent. Where can I find season averages?

*played 12 games (knocked out in a couple of them)

ranked first in marks per game, averaging just under 10
2 goals a game
17 disposals
Devastating off field troubles

Im calling it, massive back end to the season to sneak in on the bench ;)

As a point of reference compare his stats to Roughead's:

http://www.footywire.com/afl/footy/...id1=63&tid2=11&pid2=1485&type=A&fid1=S&fid2=S

Marks aside, Roughead is doing more, and is in the best team in the league compared with the team that is sitting in 13th place. FWIW I wouldn't have either of them in the side anyway...

One of Gunston or Breust could make the team as they are both in really good form now this past month. Roughead on the other hand has been fairly average this year and won't make the team.

HF: Wingard, J.Riewoldt, Bruce
F: Breust, Kennedy, Betts

I would personally have Gunston ahead of Breust but there's not a lot between them. I think Franklin is almost out of contention now for the third tall. I wouldn't have Bruce in there either personally. Happy with a goalkicking midfielder in that spot.

Agree, would put Robbie Gray in that spot.

That was my thinking, but maybe could get a spot on the bench if he has a great end to the season
With a lot of mids having great seasons it's hard to see a defender getting a spot on the pine, especially with one of the bench spots likely taken by Naitanui/Goldstein.

If they are on he bench. Who's in the ruck, Goldstein has clearly been the best ruckman this year. Roberton won't get a spot in the aa team, even if he finishes the year really well.
