I don't live in the seat and don't have much reason to travel to locations in that seat, but when I did travel through suburbs that are within Goldstein a few months ago, there seemed to be as many, if not more, corflutes for Wilson on main roads in the suburbs as there were for Daniel.

I live in the area and spend most of my time in the area and can tell you I wouldn't be surprised if the Daniels posters doubled Wilsons. Also back window covering of Petrol cars (Very strange for a climate party) were everywhere.

I think Wilson did have a couple on Nepean Highway that were very visible.

Also Daniels grey haired army of volunteers were generally quite annoying. I got door stopped a few times after child care pick for them to hand me a paper pamphlet (Again environmental party) to say Daniel achieved cheaper childcare! I laughed at her and said mine has gone one way and that's up!

Listening to the community with the need for kids (mainly girls) upgrades to facilities. Crime was another issue that was discussed and Daniels tipped her toes into saying it was a problem with a tweet.

While the Liberal party as a whole is completely lost and has no direction Wilson listened to his community and won the votes.

You would be more believable as a close watcher of the race if you got her name right.

You are correct. Wilson signs everywhere and well before the election was called, which is ironic given the previous election he wanted his constituents punished for the same "offence".

there were many more prayer room boys’ signs around the place this time around. particularly real estate agent-sized ones. zoe was seen everywhere personally. four forums were organised by different groups. all the candidates were at all four - except the prayer room boy. didn’t have the guts to front at three. showed up at the one organised by the jewish community with a bright white yarmulke. zoe fronted, knowing that due to the porkies that had been circulated regarding her views, it would be less than easy. there were many other public appearances the prayer room boy dodged, like the radio interview in bentleigh. zoe was there. no appearance, your worship, from the show pony.

he almost single-handedly took a blue ribbon liberal seat to one of the most marginal. and had to use ol’ mates to spread misinformation to achieve it.

Lol I work and live in the area and can confirm 100% there were just as many posters and midsized billboards of each person.

Zoe's definitely got more vandalised though.

It is a clear accusation of incompetence, diminishing the integrity of the AEC and the election.
Human error and incompetence are not the same thing.
The AEC isn't incompetent. It has systems and training in place to offset human error.


And to expand the accusation of incompetence, to also imply corruption where the incompetence is leading to "votes that are being counted for the Teals", is corruption.


The statement is that we cannot trust the integrity of the AEC, and that the AEC is biased resulting in informal votes going to 'The Teals'.

As a scrutineer, if you saw someone make a mistake you'd call it out and continue forward. Which you know is different to if you saw someone repeatedly make mistakes that specifically favoured one candidate. You'd report it and the person would be investigated and their ballots will be recounted. The AEC has systems in place for this.

i think she will be hard-pressed to win this. the data scientist suggested two grounds, one of which had to do with how the electorate had expanded since the auto trigger was set some 20 years ago. that was probably easier to sell when the margin was closer. some anomalies in counting was the other one. apparently, one of those related to a group of pre-polls that were initially allocated to her but ended up with the greens.

and as per usual, the prayer room boy couldn’t resist being an arrogant tool about it.
