10 teams 20 spots.

It works out as 2 spots per team but that isn't a rule as some teams have several deserving players.

All SFA is weighted towards on field performances so the top teams might have 3 or more reps and the bottom teams might be lucky with 1.

I'd love the side to be mostly position based as well, promoting more people to aspire to play a set role most of the season. But obviously that's not as realistic and if the AFL cant do it than its just a pipe dream.

I think posters who mostly play in the midfield are the type that contribute the most to the league, hence why in All-SFA selections they tend to get stuffed onto flanks or pockets. I like WGS's idea of position-specific selections which might help some people in the league differentiate themselves.

In my opinion, selection should be based mainly on off field actions...
As it sits right now, I'd have the following as the only absolute certainties if I Was involved in selection.

Even if it was mainly based on off-field matters, my on-field season was so diabolical I wouldn't get a look in, and rightly so.
