I'm highly skeptical of these Skills tests after Rohan won the kicking test last season. No Pitt and no Wilson either.

Man these tests are pretty dumb to be honest... Gary Rohan won it last year and you'd say he was an average kick at best. I doubt recruiters would take much notice of it to be honest... a stupid test won't determine if you're a good kick or not. It might however see how a kid handles the pressure with limited opportunities/time to hit the targets.

It's a misprint. He did a 75cm vertical leap off his main leg. His off leg was a few cm's lower. The bit that was impressive with nicnat's was that there was less than 1cm difference between his main leg leap and his off leg. I'm also very sure that the website has it pretty wrong there.

AFAIK nicnat only equalled the standing vertical leap record held by croad. The record he smashed was the running vertical leap which is much more important for centre square tapwork and taking marks.[/quote

Naitanui fell short of Croads standing vertical jump record which is 81cm, He equalled Jared Brennans running vertical jump of 102cm

But going by the AFL site he also ran the slowest 5m sprint time.

Seriously he has no inside info that he can share all he does is tell us what the paper said that morning and gives his opinion "you would think"...it is ridiculous. Maybe everyone on BF is a "Trade expert" if all they have to do is give their opinion.
