Yep, jumping on board for the next 3 in anticipation of: Clarksons Ultimate Mind-fk Strategy (TM). Predicting Franklin to kill it over the next 3 and thereby regaining the attention of all the top teams, then go back to his forward distraction role afterwards.

I already have him, so I'm biased.

But if I had my time again, I'd say don't prioritise him this week, get him ONLY if you don't have other problems to fix first.

Even if he tons it this week- his value drops again, get him next week. There's other tasty options who can ton it this week (Richmond v Dees for example).

I couldn't believe he kicked 3 goals last week and still managed a 50.

I thought that when Rioli went down he would have really picked up, but he just seems happy to do this whole "team play" thing. I think I just have to ride it out with Buddy til the bye.

If I had a spare trade I'd be picking up Gunston, I think he'll be going bang these next 3 weeks taking alot of marks.

top 500 and gotta take a risk to try and make the jump up the board to top 100 or so. Thinking top teams won't have Buddy (as he has been so poor) Hoping the top 300 think that he is so badly out of form they wont take him.

Bringing him in for the exact same reason. The return on a big score against GWS will be massive, and I reckon Franklin will be frothing to kick a bag. I'm ranked around 800 and this is a risk I think is worth taking. GWS' defence is pretty crap.

Franklin has played all of last year's Top 8 teams, what start to the year did they expect? Sure he should have been a little better, but I wasn't exactly expecting a 100 average in this period.

I'll be hopping on a 400K Franklin this week. Sure he might go down a little more , but with no real decent rookies this week and plenty on the bubble next week, it makes sense to get the upgrade over and done with now so I can do a double downgrade next week.

It'd be nice if he could return to the 100+ average as we known he is capable of that, but I'm more than happy with a 90 average from a 400K forward, which Franklin is. Plus he's got a nice Bye in Round 11.

Buddy is an interesting quandary. However even if he pulls out a 150 he'll lose value and there are possibly other things to worry about like the Port back rookies, for example.

I wish I had the luxury of Buddy being my worst problem... Like Hartlett and Jacobs, I'm just gonna have to hold and hope for the best! And yeah, it's gonna suck when people are bringing guys like this in for nearly 300k...

Buddy did have a good start to the year (averaging mid 90s over the first 4 weeks I think), it's just his last 3 games where it has turned to shit.

Given I need forward upgrade I can't justify NRoo price and Cloke has just as many 50 point games as Buddy. Unless I back Walters or Stokes to maintain premium status, Buddy it is.

I'm in the exact same boat. Would trade in someone else if they appealed to me. Roo has appealed to me for weeks but I just can't justify his price now.

im still passing. i'd rather get him in next week for 10k more on the back of a 140 than try and disbelieve my own eyes thus far. everyone assumed cloke would turn it around last year too...

(obviously if you already have him you keep him, it's not like an 80 average from a player everyone else has too that's already gotten cheap is going to derail your season)
