Agree with this, kind of defeats the purpose of having the extra categories to choose from, since it reduces the quality of players.

This. The original plan was to draft 14 players, but the draft might take too long with that.

And it's whole squad balance. Thorpe will hold me down when it comes to votes. It's just because of what WT said that were drafting 12.

For some silly reason i struggle to take you seriously with that Avatar

But i agree with your theory. Would have been nice for it to be stated off the top but it does make sense. All teams generally have a 12th man

Alright, that makes sense. As long as all members understand that you're voting on the strength of the squad, not just the XI.
