I have ummed and ahhed over this pick. The SF position.

I actually prefer others to this guy, but a few factors persuaded me to go with him.

1) a former team mate (bball) looks like him)
2) supremely skilled
3) shoot with both hands

ah fk it. i've changed my mind

deadly from long range, and automatic from the line, reggie miller rounds out my starting 5.

i know my team has been built on D, but i need a scoring punch. with Mal-Rob down low and Magic handling the rock, all Reggie needs to do is camp outside and launch.

I know some of you will question this selection given my SF position is a bit light on in terms of SFness (especially rebounds), but with Magic creating easy looks I cant see why we'd need to crash boards offensively.

Love Reggie but he just falls too short in too many areas for me to consider him this early in the draft. Great shooter but not actually a big time scorer. No D, not a great passer, doesnt rebound.

Id definitely consider taking him later in the draft as a shooter to spread the floor off the bench but wouldnt have taken him this early.

well considering my team of 4 selected before him would beat every team ever assembled i thought why not go for someone who is not only a great player, but also polished in the media circles.
