Kwame, Kwame, Kwame...Nah...

I really wouldn’t have minded landing the Big O. My first pick was pretty easy but my second was bloody hard.

I’m going for two guys who about as clutch as they come.

Larry Legend and the Black Mamba.

Larry Bird won three straight MVP awards while winning three rings and generally making everyone around him better. And he did it while sporting one of the more flowing mullets in NBA history.

Kobe has five rings and proved that he didn’t need Shaq to get to the chip. He's done it all, has great stats but in the end, its all about being 'the man' and winning.

Kobe+Bryant.jpg

Both my guys are two of the nastiest competitors in the history of the NBA (don’t let the mullet fool you) and have no hesitation in taking the gamewiining shot and ripping out your still beating heart so my team name will be the "Stone Cold Thrilla’s" (my team name gets extra points for the gansta spelling!).

I wanted to land a PG and/or a C but in the end I’ve got neither  I could have taken at least 3 other guys with my second pick and I reckon this is where it starts to get a bit tougher.

Making Kobe give up the rock might be difficult. Luckily for me ive got the greatest scorer, clutch performer and mentally strong bloke who ever played. Put it in MJ's hands. Game winner bitches.

Alright I've got my PG so now it's time to go big.

With the 10th pick of the All Time NBA Draft the O-gasms select another big O, Hakeem "The Dream" Olajuwon.

hakeem-olajuwon-21357663.jpg

21.8 points, 11.1 boards, 3.1 blocks and 1.7 steals over 18 years which included 12 All-Star games. One of the best defenders the game has ever seen, probably the best ever bigman defender. He could do it all.

Number 1 pick? Get that shit outta here.

Big O and the Dream, come at me bros!

With the eleventh pick of the All Time NBA Draft, Bitches be ballin select the Logo/Mr Clutch, Jerry West.
1275624020-70.jpg

27.0ppg, 5.8 rpg and 6.7apg with the Los Angeles Lakers from 1960-1964. One of the purest shooters of all time. West is the face of the NBA logo because he stands for everything the NBA is about. West was the prototype for modern day NBA guards such as Dwyane Wade.

Two Laker picks? What is this I don't even...........

With Primetime Pricey's 2nd pick he selects.... Tim Duncan

TDuncan%20champ%20trophy.jpg

Timothy Theodore "Tim" Duncan (born April 25, 1976)[1] is an American professional basketball player for the San Antonio Spurs of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The 6-foot 11-inch (2.11 m), 255-pound (116 kg)[2] power forward/center is a four-time NBA champion, two-time NBA MVP, three-time NBA Finals MVP, and NBA Rookie of the Year. The Spurs team captain, he is a 13 time NBA All-Star[3] and the only player in NBA history to be selected both All-NBA and All-Defensive Teams during each of his first 13 seasons.[4]

lack of commentary and analysis is disappoint.

Stern, I move that priceys next pick is shipped to Up Kate Uptons (me) as a penalty.

Also, PP, did was it a tough decision to pick TD over KG?

I've thought hard about this. Really hard. I reckon my alternative will appear in the next pick or the one after.

But it has to be done. I'm taking LeBron. He'll have to wear another number.

Whatever else has been said about this guy, the choking, the "Decision", etc. this guy is going to be an all-time great, so this pick is pre-emptive as much as anything. And he'll be the MVP this season by a margin too wide to calculate. He needs a ring (or more) to round it out, but I figure Miami will get their shit together at some point.

C: Bill Russell
PF:
SF: LeBron James

Pick #14

Wasn't easy but made easier by the fact of the three I was considering, two were Centers and given Kareem is already owning that spot I select. . .

Julius Erving.

3 times ABA/NBA Champion.
Revolutionised the game.
30,000+ points, 10,000+ boards, 5,000+ assists averaging 24-8-4.

And relevant GIFs.

I was looking at players going and was watching to see if LeBron made it to my next pics. I was gonna take him just because you gotta take the best available.

in continuing drafting upstanding citizens of the world who will one day represent all that is good in mandkind, the UKUs went to sea to snaffle a salty man.

Welcome to the team, Mr David Robinson.

a 2 time NBA champion who helped teach TD how to play the game with respect.

This is a man who graduated from a place of discipline. A man who played under a disciplinarian in Coach Pop. A man of unquestionably high morals who with Magic form the pillars of society.

In a sport where players are more worried about looking good first, and acting all gangsta, Dave scored 1320 on his SATs. For Fux Sake, players these days wouldn't even know how to spell "sat".

With Magic controlling the game, all Robbo needs to do is keep his eyes peeled for the impossible pass and the occasional miss. Offensive beast, defensive BEAST.

And everyone loves a man in uniform.

Quality choice PN I have been on the Naval Acadamey tour, and when I saw his College player of the year award there was much wiggle in the pants region (much homo)

You also left out he has the equal 3rd highest all time score in a single game with 73.

I believe it was 71. Might be wrong.

This has been gutting waiting for my next pick and watching all the players i wanted disappear. I knew id be no shot at Russell, Chamberlain, Shaq but I was hoping against hope that Olajuwon would slip through but he didnt. :( Then I thought about Tim Duncan as my bigman. He went. Then i thought geez LeBron is still available. Gotta take best available, he was snatched up. Then my final player I wanted to anchor the middle was Robinson, he was taken one spot before I got a pick.

So now I have a conundrum. I know im going big and small. C and PG. You gotta have a great PG to win games. The ball is always in their hands and history says you need a bigman. 90% of NBA titles have been won with a dominant C. Jordan led teams are about the exception.

But all my bigs were taken. Into the think tank I go.

take ur time. i wont be thinking selection for at least 12 more hours

OK it came down to 4 PG's who were in consideration.

I wont go into details but this guy just gets the nod.

So with the 16th pick in the NBA ALL TIME DRAFT, the Jodzilla Thrillers select...

John Stockton

johnstockon.jpg

The great thing about Stockton is he goes both ways, 5 time All Defensive second team, all time leader in steals. Tough and nasty on defense. But it's on offence which is his strength.

He takes care of the rock, and he has an incredible passing range. He is as smart as they come and knows where to get the ball and where all his teammates are most dangerous and gets the ball into those areas. Couldnt think of a better PG to run with MJ and get the greatest player in the history of the universe, the basketball in all the right areas and at exactly the right time.

All time leader in steals and assists. A great, great, floor general. Bring it.
